neutral  thefastshow: Das hatte ich auch erst gedacht, aber das operations department scheint eigentlich eine reine "Durchführungsabteilung" hinter den Kulissen mit so gut wie keinen Kundenkontakt zu sein.Da ich weg war u. die Punkte schon verteilt, ist es aber sowieso Latte..
