“Cotada” é termo de arquitetura e significa que qualquer planta do imóvel foi dimensionada.
Podem ser várias plantas, p.ex.:

1) Elevações exteriores = External elevations: Incluem, entre outras, frente, fundos e laterais do prédio, materiais e outros detalhes
2) Elevações interiores = Internal elevations :Armários, unidades embutidas e outros
3) Interiores = Detailed floor plans: Medidas internas dos aposentos, portas, janelas e outros. Fundamental para os designers de interiores
4) Cortes = Cross sections: Mostra detalhes do prédio, como se tivesse sido fatiado das fundações até o telhado.
5) Outros mais

Para referência, planta baixa em inglês é “structural plan”.

Para qualquer que seja a planta cotada= dimensioned plan, é só acrescentar “dimensioned” antes da planta escolhida.
