A Third Party Liability policy covering CONTRACTOR’s liability either at law or assumed under CONTRACT including damage to or loss of OWNER’s existing property and/or OWNER’s EQUIPMENT AND MATERIAL, arising out of, incidental to and/or occurring in connection with the performance of the WORK, ////////such liability being construed vis-à-vis any Third Party//////// and OWNER. The coverage of such policy shall not be less than ten million Euros (Euros 10,000,000) per occurrence. This insurance may be arranged subject to a deductible of not more than one hundred thousand Euros (Euros 100,000) for each occurrence or as otherwise agreed by OWNER.
