My name is .... and I'm the blogger relations manager at XXXXXXX.
I'm contacting you because we've recently published a comprehensive infographic about the upcoming champions league final (Barcelona vs Juventus) which I think will interest your readers on ##Site URL##
I came across your site and as a football fan, I just love it! Especially your article about the champions league which I found here ##article URL##.
The infographic that we've created is the most accurate and up to date as possible so you might want to consider adding it to your article (or alternatively write brand new post just for this).
You can see the infographic here: ##infogrphic URL##.
Hopefully this is something you would like to share with your audience as I'm sure your audience will very much enjoy the information we've put together.
When you're ready you can simply grab this embed code and share the infographic on your site: ##code URL##.
My only request is that if you choose to share this infographic please make sure you give the original infographic a credit link. Our creative team worked hard to create it and they deserve the respect J
Let me know once you post it, and I will share it on our social channels (we have 4K fans on our Facebook page).
Looking forward to hear from you.

Explanation:
It is a common practice for webmasters to ask for a link to their website if you use their ressource. It gives them popularity and improved visibility that they trade against content for your website.

-> But of course it is, if you 'give' something on a website, you are 'publishing' it — I don't think slavishly literal really works well here.

"Give Credit to the Source
You’re not the only blogger that re-posts infographics. Unless you’re picking the infographic from the original author’s blog or the site of the company that created it, you should never forget to locate the exact source. Once you’ve identified the owner of the infographic, you should also give full credit to them. It’s not enough to only mention the name of the creator. You must link back to the source because they really deserve some link juice."

neutral  Tony M: I think you've twisted that round a bit; I understand it to mean 'give a link back to the original infographic (i.e. in its original location) by way of a credit' / I sincerely don't believe so.
