Spanish term or phrase: con objeto de la celebración del presente contrato
I'm a bit stuck with how this would be translated and fit into the sentence, any ideas?

In the case of breach of payment obligations or misuse of the images taken ***with the aim of entering into this contract???***, the participant is entitled to receive, by way of a penalty clause for the breach of the right of publicity, 1,000 pounds per day of the breach, notwithstanding the damages that would be payable.

Thanks!

Explanation:
I think you can pare it down to this and not actually translate "celebración" at all. As I understand it this is a contract by which image rights are assigned for consideration, so the terms of the contract involve one of the parties capturing images from the other and paying for them; if the payment terms are breached, improper use of the images shall be penalised. So I think it just refers to the images assigned for the purposes of the contract.

I can see how the words seem to mean "with the object of entering into the contract", but to me that doesn't make sense; I can't see how images would be captured for the purpose of entering into the contract. The images would surely be captured for the purposes of the contract entered into. It's just not very precisely expressed in Spanish.

Well, perhaps it does mean just what it says: images taken for the purpose of entering into the contract, but even so, I think "for the purposes of this contract" would serve perfectly well.

agree  Billh: actually this will just do - the contract is extremely badly drafted, and believe me I have seen thousands.... purposes here in the sense of its raison d'etre ---- purpose in the singular would render the answer wrong -
