On emploie le terme anglais "lead" en marketing web. Un lead correspond à un objectif atteint pour le site web de type prise de contact. Cela peut être un formulaire rempli avec le numéro de téléphone du prospect, par exemple.

Un lead peut être très précieux en fonction du type de service rendu. Ainsi, si un lead coûte 15€ et que le produit vendu est de 1000€, il est très rentable - sauf qu'il faut déduire tous les leads qui ne convertissent pas, bien sûr.
