Descriptif : Le nez est prenant, presque obsédant : D'abord du malt et de l'iode, puis des agrumes, un boisé net. C'est un ensemble distingué, floral et frais, qui sait se tenir. La noisette suit, et du cassis se manifeste en fin d'aération.L'attaque en bouche est nette, sans agressivité. C'est légèrement âpre, sec, plutôt sur les épices. La finale est longue et amère. Au début une trace d'alcool qui disparaît assez rapidement pour laisser la place à un côté vanillé équilibrant remarquablement l'amertume. La finale est malheureusement trop simple. 87/100
