resolution 50 Explanation: Possibly? Sounds like it could be one of a number of resolutions adopted by a committee charged to write the regulations. |

minutes of meeting no. 50 Explanation: "Acordada" means "acta"; it's evidently short for "Acta acordada", which is a common expression (not just in Argentina). Here is the actual document they're referring to: "Oficina de Certificaciones OFICINA DE CERTIFICACIONES - REGLAMENTO TRIBUNALES DE SANTA FE Y ROSARIO ACTA NRO. 50 PUNTO 6 DE FECHA 29.11.00.-" http://www.poderjudicial-sfe.gov.ar/portalez/index.php/esl/l... In other words, the Reglamento was agreed as point 6 in the minutes of meeting no. 50 of the Corte Suprema de Justicia of Santa Fe. By the way, the number 50 refers to the fiftieth meeting of that particular year, 2000; the numbering restarts from 1 at the beginning of each new year. They held one or two meetings a week. [...]" http://www.justiciasantafe.gov.ar/js/index.php?go=i&id=3874 So "resolution" is the right idea, but it's not exactly that, because an Acta can and usually does contain more than one resolution. |
