Here is the actual document they're referring to: "Oficina de Certificaciones OFICINA DE CERTIFICACIONES - REGLAMENTO TRIBUNALES DE SANTA FE Y ROSARIO ACTA NRO. 50 PUNTO 6 DE FECHA 29.11.00.-" http://www.poderjudicial-sfe.gov.ar/portalez/index.php/esl/l... In other words, the Reglamento was agreed as point 6 in the minutes of meeting no. 50 of the Corte Suprema de Justicia of Santa Fe. By the way, the number 50 refers to the fiftieth meeting of that particular year, 2000; the numbering restarts from 1 at the beginning of each new year. They held one or two meetings a week.
