Please note, I have assumed this is a panel that contains a door — you may be able to confirm this from your wider context.

It is however just possible that it might be a door made up of panels or in the form of a panel — in other contexts, that might be likely, but less so, i feel, here.
Or of coyrse, it could be one of several similar panels, only this one can be opened like a door — this is quite plausible in the HVAC context you seem to be dealing with here.
