This is not an interrogation, as would be the case with minors accused of an offence; it is an interview with the children of the marriage, conducted under the aegis of the judge and often in his/her office/chambers, to ascertain their views and feelings. It's not a medical (psychological) examination, which can be the meaning of "exploración" in othe contexts. Perhaps you could simply phrase it like this: "The result of the interview with the children are recorded in the proceedings/case file". In context it will be obvious which minors are involved, but even so it would be better and more natural to use the word "children", in my opinion. |
