I think you have to take "auto del 5 de octubre" as a unit; I take "auto" to refer to a court order (you could just say "order") issued on that date. Literally "en auto del 5 de octubre" suggests "an order of 5 October", but I think "the order" is what one would say here.

As Robert (Forstag) says, there are other words that could be used for "exigidos", as long as you don't end up with "requirements required". But actually there is probably no need to translate it at all; you could just say "the requirements of the court order of...". The requirements of the order and the requirements demanded by the order really mean the same thing, it now seems to me.
