Dans le passage suivant, comment traduiriez-vous "entitles to a claim with respect to one of the guarantees" :

"In case PRINCIPAL is of the opinion that a defect, deficiency, ambiguity, variance, etc. hereinafter referred to as "Defect" exists that entitles to a claim with respect to one of the guarantees as mentioned in the CONTRACT, PRINCIPAL shall notify in writing the CONTRACTOR thereof and PRINCIPAL shall demonstrate to the CONTRACTOR that a Defect which may be under CONTRACTOR responsibility exists, without having the obligation to prove or to make likely the cause of the Defect nor that the Defect is to be attributed to the CONTRACTOR."
