أصدر مجلس المفوضية الوطنية العليا للانتخابات اليوم الاثنين قرارا تحصلت أخبار ليبيا24 على نسخة منه يفيد بإيقاف العمل جزئيا بقرار اعتماد نتائج انتخاب الهيئة التأسيسية للدستور .

وأوضح القرار رقم ” 6 ” لسنة 2016، إيقاف العمل جزئياً بالقرار رقم ” 55 ” لسنة 2014م بشأن اعتماد نتائج انتخاب الهيئة التأسيسية لصياغة مشروع الدستور ، وحصراً على نتيجة المرشح ” علي عبد السلام الترهوني الفــائز ” بمقعد الدائرة الانتخابية الرئيسة ” بنغازي “، الدائرة الفرعية ” الأولى “، مؤقتاً إلى حين الفصل في الدعوة محل النزاع”.

ونص القرار في مادته رقم ” 2 ” أن يعمل بالقرار بتاريخ صدوره وعلى الجهات المعنية التقيد والتنفيذ .
