Olá Ruben, eu trabalhei bastante tempo como operadora de opções na BM&F Bovespa. Geralmente, o mercado usa o termo em inglês "contrato de forward de commodity" mas se você quiser ser bem específico, um contrato de Forward é na verdade um contrato de futuro. Commodity no entando é a expressão em inglês usada no Brasil. Muitas vezes pode-se encontrar a expressão Comódite escrita, mas é bem mais comum escrevê-lo em inglês.
