The Parties agree that The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall apply to this CONTRACT, but only to the extent that a member of a Party's Group shall be entitled in its own right to enforce the benefit only of the indemnities given to it in Clause 27 but not in any other respect.
