the correct procedure for achieving compliance Explanation: Generally "procedure" already implies a set of actions in a certain order. You could add "operating" if you think it's necessary in this particular context. I think that saying "achieving compliance" introduces the idea of "in somebody else's judgment," i.e. not just doing what the person attempting to achieve compliance hopes is "complying." And it's more efficient than convoluted expressions with "deemed to have." |
