Je ne pense pas qu'à ce stade, et vu le texte source communiqué, l'on puisse parler de "procédure" d'insolvabilité, car le "factuel" doit précéder le judiciaire.
Sinon "insolvency EVENT" pourrait bien se traduire par "incident de paiement" ou par "défaut de paiement", selon que l'on parle de la situation dans son ensemble ou des évènements qui la traduisent.
