You seem to be parsing it incorrectly: you need to read this as "with energy [contacts] and signal contacts"

Note that the plural 'contacts' becomes ambiguous — it COULD of course just be one of each, but it's clearly much more likely to be more than one of each type.

Note a common inversion (both ways round!) of 'power' and 'energy' between FR and EN — even though scientifically there is of course a difference between them! But in less formal usage, they are often treated as interchangeable (naughty!)

agree  Didier Fourcot: French does not so much tolerate the mixup, this is power that is transmitted, energy of course over time, but the size of the contact depends on power, not energy

disagree  Tony M: Not at all! 'contact' in EN never has the sense of 'connector'! It is clear that this is a connector that can include different types of individual contacts. Your ref. is talking about something different.
