Overdue quotas Explanation: "Cotas" here is referenced to actual money that is overdue, not shares. So I would go with overdue quotes. |

outstanding payments Explanation: For a balance sheet you should really use the term "outstanding" . To be more preceise, they would need to be termed as "outstanding receivable" or "outstanding payable". eg: "You get the highest level of assurance because we go outside your company to obtain more information. Typically, we'll have written communication with: Your customers, to check outstanding receivable balances, Your banks, to confirm cash or debt balances and terms, Your vendors, to verify outstanding payable balances, and Your attorneys, for information on pending or threatened legal action." http://www.raiandassociates.co.uk/auditing.php -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 8 hrs (2017-07-20 23:06:24 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- On a Profit & Loss (or Balance) sheet we always use the terms "payable" or "receivable". http://www.ukbusinessforums.co.uk/threads/how-to-forecast-ac... https://www.graydon.co.uk/blog/credit-information/accounting... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 16 hrs (2017-07-21 07:54:41 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Could this possibly relate to shares? If so, I would use "Outstanding shares" http://www.investopedia.com/terms/o/outstandingshares.asp?lg... Example sentence(s):

past due HOA fees Explanation: First, I would suggest HOA (Homeowners' Association) instead of condominium. The former seems to be more prevalent than the latter (at least in the USA). Quoting from Wikipedia: "A homeowners association (HOA), whose members are the unit owners, manages the condominium through a board of directors elected by the membership." In almost 30 years living in the US, I've never seen "condominium" being used. "Condo" yes, but when referring to the cotas, it's more common to say "HOA dues" or "HOA fees". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Condominium |
