German term or phrase: im vollkaufmännischen Geschäftsverkehr
This term occurs in a company's general terms and conditions of sale and delivery. I have found many examples of the German term on the Internet but have been unable to find an English equivalent. What does it mean exactly?

  -> vollkaufmännischen from Vollkaufmann

disagree  Kim Metzger: Where did "fully qualified" come from. The "voll-" in Vollkaufmann has nothing to do with qualifications. A Vollkaufmann is a general merchant who has been entered in the commercial register.
