retraso en la bajada de leche Explanation: Quizás suene un poco coloquial, pero es exactamente eso (tengo tres hijos!). A veces pasa que nace el bebé y la leche no baja... así que hay que tratar de estimular la bajada de la leche con masajes, poniendo al bebé al pecho para que succione y estimule también... en fin, por ahí alguien propone algo más formal.
