合同文本中的中文经常会在应该有标点的时候连写，特别是像这样又臭又长的条文。It should be: "供方同意：自清理完毕之日起，本合同第五条第一款规定的质量保证期限届满之日后与需方结清余款", The supplier agrees to have the balance cleared after expiry of the Quality Assurance Period specified/stipulated in Item 1 of Article 5 of this contract, since the completion of the cleaning-up...about which I donno the details without detailed context...
