Croatian to Croatian translations [PRO]

Croatian term or phrase: zaštitni ili zaštićeni znak?
zaštitni ili zaštićeni znak?

Radi se famoznom "trade mark". Vidim da se ono prevodi i kao "zaštitni" i kao "zaštićeni" znak. Prema nekom mom razmišljanju i temeljem definicije pronađene na netu "zaštićeni" bi bilo ispravnije. No u ProZ.com pretraživanju uglavnom iskače "zaštitni".

Molio bih kolege s više iskustva u pravnoj/pravničkoj terminologiji za objašnjenje koji je izraz bolji za "trademark": zaštitni ili zaštićeni?
