Dutch term or phrase: sentence structure
I'm struggling with this sentence, and wonder if there isn't a mistake (or two).
Erven is plural and is the subject of the second clause, so I'm confused who 'haar' relates to - is it ABC? Also, if erf means property/estate, how can property offer shares? Should erven here be erfgenamen? All thoughts very welcome.

Indien ondergetekende tevens aandeelhouder van ABC bestaat uit een natuurlijke persoon of een persoonlijke holding, zijn de erven van die persoon en/of de holding verplicht haar aandelen ter overname of inkoop aan ABC aan te bieden bij het overlijden.
