De rijbewijscategorieën voor motorvoertuigen zijn:

* rijbewijs A - motor;
* rijbewijs AM - bromfiets, snorfiets en brommobiel;
* rijbewijs B - personenauto;
* rijbewijs BE - personenauto met aanhangwagen;
* rijbewijs C - vrachtwagen;
* rijbewijs CE - vrachtwagen met aanhanger;
* rijbewijs C1 - motorvoertuig zwaarder dan 3.500 kilo, maar niet zwaarder dan 7.500 kilo;
* rijbewijs C1E - motorvoertuig van categorie C1 met aanhangwagen;
* rijbewijs D - bus voor personenvervoer van meer dan 8 personen;
* rijbewijs DE - bus met aanhanger;
* rijbewijs D1 - motorvoertuig voor personenvervoer van meer dan 8 personen, maar niet meer dan 16 personen (exclusief de bestuurder);
* rijbewijs D1E - motorvoertuig van categorie D1 met aanhangwagen.

Explanation:
In the US it's a driver's license, not 'driving license' (sounds odd, the license doesn't drive). I would translate and explain. How else are they going to know?
