Help me find synonym of 'send back'
In this case the client don't like the worker. So, they send the employee back to the contractor. Contractor then provide them with new employee.

In contracting, it is actually irrelevant whether the client actually tells the employee to go back to the contractor. What is happening contractually, is the client has refused acceptance of the employee and the Contractor is normally required to provide a substitue.
