Marketing - Advertising / Public Relations / questionnaire
English term or phrase: promoter
a restaurant network places in their POS the promotional material for some show product of a 'show business company" (a kind of co-branding or like).
A marketing research company distributes questionnaires between that networks' employees so that they evaluate these POS materials. Incentive for participation is draw of a prize. They are asked to send these questionnaires to the marketing research company.

In the end of a questionnaire: "Promoter:" then the nem and address of the restaurant network.
...
I doubt, what function is described with this word. Does it mean someone who promotes that 'show product' ('show business company') or someone who arranges the research or someone who arranges for the prize etc ?
I need to understand the right meaning to find appropriate word for the translation.

agree  Ian Davies: The word is probably used because of a legal requirement to have a competition permit. The definition of "Promoter" in this sense is the organisation organising the competition. See https://wwwdb.dgr.nsw.gov.au/tpldocs/tpl_permit_conditions_l...
