Therefore, a company can provide details of its qualified circulation, but would be well advised to back that up with audited circulation numbers to improve credibility.

I just realised I gave you your own link up there - sorry ;) I think it does indicate that there is a difference though - without it, all these audit firms would be out of business - advertising firms would be less willing to buy space etc. |
