agree  Armorel Young: Perhaps "Working for a joint future". The original as suggested is neither correct nor usable, in my view. It would be interesting to know what the German was.

agree  Michael Iakovides: I would make it: striving for a common future

agree  Can Altinbay: Armorel's is the only one I'm happy with. "Strive" is OK, but it just never sounds right to me.

striving for a common future

Explanation:
Thanks for your helpful input. I recommended "striving for a common future". And as an alternative "Towards a joint future".
Obviously the original phrase was formed like "Austrian English". The theme will only be used in English, therefore there is no German translation.

Thank you again,

Alex from Vienna

working together for a prosperous future

Explanation:
it means working together to contribute to a better future for all, " serving for future together" sounds well to me but had I had the choice to put it I would rather put "towards a prosperous future together" saying striving for a common future dose not sound well to me because common future dose not mean necessarily a good future as it originally meant by the source term. Common future could be both bad or good future.
