Explanation:
This is just guessing after having read many diagnostic software string.
It could mean that the software detects that the tester has been connected (plugged in) and that it´s been turned ON.
But wait till another colleague comes with a better idea.
I´ve recently translated a clutch adjustment tool operation manual and it had a similar display message.
