Explanation:
Please check that this deals with a Turbo engine, but this over-abbreviated phrase probably describes a trouble code similar to OBD standard
P1854-TIP BARO OUT OF RANGE
or
P1188 TIP Sensor Performance
different car manfacturers may give different codes for a similar symptom or they may both appear for a same failure

An abnormal difference is detected between the pressure measured by the TIP (at throttle input) and by the MAP (in the manifold). Depending on the engine and equipment, this may be realted to an issue with one of the sensors, the wastegate (you will find it often called wg), the turbocharger, the TIP solenoid or their interconnections
