Review and approval of all shop drawings pertaining to the MEP+Fire Protection+Lifts designs. This will be irrespective of when any construction supervisor is to review/check them (distinct from “package screening”, see “control steps” paragraph below). Shop drawings are to be reviewed to the degree necessary to assure consistency/congruency/compliance with the intent of the Consultant’s plans and specifications as well as the provisions of all applicable codes and standards. Shop drawings review and approval includes detailed checking of dimensions and quantities.

Question: Not sure if I understand the sentence "This will be irrespective of when any construction supervisor is to review/check them". Please can you help to rewrite it in a more simple way to be easily understood. Many thanks.
