English to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Construction / Civil Engineering / lockout/tagout procedures | | English term or phrase: sign onto | Where it reads:
"Insures all employees (who have signed onto the Permit) are protected under the Permit."
Does it mean that it ensures that all employees wou have signed the Permit are protected under the Permit? If not, what does it mean?
