Assembly and collection points to scoop/gather, collect together.

I think there could be a better choice of word, as it sounds like someone is trying to be clever beyond their education.

curettage: basically means collection, cleaning out.
curettage samples - collected samples by scraping, gathering, etc

"anti-fire compartimentation" this is another example of how they have used the incorrect words.

Should be "Fire prevention compartmentalization" [categorization(s)]
curette;
I am sure they are talking about meeting points. In the case of a fire where everyone meets in safety, and they can account for everyone.
