agree  Sheila Wilson: Strange that the OED says it's Am; then Oxford Uni use it! They really ought to communicate!

agree  British Diana: I went there myself and I'm afraid to say that Oxford has taken a lot of this transatlantic vocabulary on board. I mean, it uses Alumni although we are actually simply "Senior Members"

agree  B D Finch: Transatlantic? Not really when applied to copies of university records. "A" Level certificates too always came with a "transcript" showing slightly more detail of the results. London University and most other UK universities have alumni associations.

report (if for primary or secondary education)

Explanation:
Though dasein_wm is correct for university examinations, if you are talking about primary or secondary education, then that is a "school report" or just "report" in England.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks for additional information on primary/secondary education. Actually I am searching the term used by universities.

agree  Sheila Wilson: Certainly report for school, but transcript for uni even in the UK
11 hrs
-> Thanks Sheila. Yes, I did note that it is a transcript for uni; university students might not want reports on their progress sent to their parents! The worst bit with school reports was having to take them home unopened.
