English term or phrase: to glow a button
I’m translating a .ppt file. Under the slides, in the ’Note’ box, there are the following instructions for the trainer/teacher:

“Animations: Animate all text and images with chalk, timing content for pacing. Once text has been on screen for 10 sec animate chalk drawing a line to next button and glow next button.
Audio: Background Music, chalk sound during text animation”

to make it look as if it is lit up
Explanation:
You know, quite common in Windows apps: when you activate a button, it appears to light up with a friendly glow; commoner in the later versions of Windows which offer more sophisticated (unnecessarily?) graphics.
