Social Sciences - Education / Pedagogy / faculty of medicine (Libya)
English term or phrase: percentage
I am translating a student's certificate from a faculty of medicine in Libya. There is a figure given for "Percentage". Is this specific for Libya? Has anybody seen anything like this before? The figure is fairly low, 0,6004%, it can't refer to the student's result.
The document is translated from Arabic to English in Libya. The general impression is that the translator is good, so I suppose it's not just an error.
I'll try the forum for Arabic translators too.

decimal in the wrong place

Explanation:
It is probably 60.04%. (In French countries, a comma is used to show the decimal point).

Notes to answerer
Asker: Veronica gave me the solution (se discussion), the comma (or point) is in the right place - only it is not written as a percentage. Could have been written as six tenths or sixty hundredths too.
