"We will make the change for you and tell you over the phone when this change will go into effect."

My question: When do we phone you?

2) after we made change and 01 month later, phone you to tell you that the change will go into effect from tomorrow

neutral  Ken Cox: If this is a description of how a telephone request is handled, it means that the person who makes the change tells the caller immediately (IMO rather more likely than calling back at a later date).

-> Thank you, Ken - I suggested "shortly thereafter" and agree that notification would be given weeks ahead of time, but not necessarily "immediately" - Mike :)

agree  Tina Vonhof (X): I would expect a change of doctors to require checking with the new physician and a bit of paperwork. The phone call would be made within a few days but the actual change may not take effect until some time later.
