English term or phrase: conduct training with supervision
Hello everyone.

2.2. Prison Staff Training Center equipped with training curriculum and manual developed by the project by the end of the 3rd year.
2.3. Prison Staff Training Center equipped with additional reference materials and training resources.
2.4. At least 20 national trainers available to conduct training with supervision in the 3rd year of the project.

Does "conduct training with supervision" mean conduct training under supervision, i.e. somebody with more experience supervise those national trainers?
