English to English translations [PRO] Art/Literary - Idioms / Maxims / Sayings | | English term or phrase: passed | I’m translating a supplier assessment questionnaire which comprises a number of sections. The Code of Conduct section lists the following questions:
1. Does your company comply with all applicable local laws and regulations? Yes / No
2. Does your company have access to and an understanding of all legislation relevant to your company? Yes / No
.
.
.
.
10. Does your company monitor its suppliers on social issues? Yes / No
11. Has your company been monitored on social issues and passed or corrected identified
problems? Yes / No
12. Has your company been certified on social issues by an external certification organization such as e.g. SA8000 or similar? Yes / No
I don’t know what the word ‘’passed’’ means in Q11. Does it just mean ‘’met the criteria, received a passing mark etc.’’? Or does ‘’passed’’ go together with ‘’identified problems’’?
Thank you |
