English term or phrase: Item All Certificate
Dear all,
I was asked to proofread an Arabic Registration Certificate of a company. The Arabic text is translated from English. The first source language is Japanese.
The title of the Registration Certificate reads as follows:

"AT Present: Item All Certificate
xxx Company Ltd."

Followed by the body of the certificate.

Does "At Present: Item All Certificate" make any sense?

Many thanks in advance!
