A Site is inanimate and not a person either linguistically or in law, so it can't undertake, pursue or follow anything! Also, your link doesn't work. When you get a multiplication of verbs like this in a legal document it can indicate either or both of the following: a) the writer wants to cover all eventualities and not miss something that may be important; b) the writer doesn't know which is the correct verb, because s/he either mislaid his/her dictionary, or hasn't really thought through what s/he wants to say, so bungs them all in. |
