English to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s)
English term or phrase:relating, but not limited, to: X, Y, Z
Context:
This is listed as a responsibility for an employment position, but the text seems pretty bad.
"Employee must assist in resolving all technical questions, relating, but not limited, to: XYZ"
Is there a better way to put this? I guess so. But how?
Explanation: The pair "relating" and "not limited to" don´t sit well together, to my ear, as they are two different concepts. "Including" and "not limited to" make more logical sense and are more commonly used together for this reason.

What about "relating to x, y and z among other activities/areas/etc."

Employee will assist in resolving all technical questions, which shall include, but not be limited to, those relating to XYZ.
Note the position of the comma - after 'to'.

especially those relating to XYZ, as well as other
Explanation: This is a different less legalistic way of saying it which might be useful. My attempt here is to present this as it would tend to occur in certain work situations where an employee has one primary responsibility, but may be called upon to help with other technical problems.
Employee must assist in resolving all technical questions, especially those relating to XYZ, as well as other technical questions as necessary.
