I'm not sure I understand this part of sentence 100% - thanks for don't letting me guess be afraid if it ok or not.

Explanation:
I would suggest this means that company X must review whether it has been working with company Y according to the contract they have between them, and also that it has been accurately reporting its business and outcomes, etc., to either company Y or another company Z. I'm assuming there should be business names in there, so

Review whether company X has been conducting its business in accordance with the contract and that which has been reported to company Y.

That which in this sentence means "the things that have been reported" if that helps.
