English term or phrase: President/governor
Hi everybofy,

Now, my question is spelling: Do I always have to spell government position (President, Governor; Mayor) with capital letters?

Thanks a lot for being always there!
susiq
capitalization varies according to the context
Explanation:
If used generically, even within the government, the different positions are lower case, that is, not capitalized; however, when combined with a specifically named governor or president, etc., then they are capitalized.
