English term or phrase: Remedial context/Remediation
El texto habla sobre los procedimientos de evaluación de la lengua. Me aparece como termino Remedial context y Remediation Procedures.

Contexto: The prescriptive approach inherent in the design of these tests has been noted by Crystal et al., who propose an approach to screening, assessment and remediation based on a comprehensive, systematic and linguistically realistic comparison between the patient's performance and both adult and developmental linguistic norms.

remedial context/remediation
treatment to help with a problem

Explanation:
In this context, it's talking about curing some kind of linguistic / speech issue - the test checks whether the patient conforms to the norms and then the remediation brings them up to those norms. As Crystal is already not keen on the prescriptive approach of previous methods of assessment and the passage is talking about a more organic and realistic testing procedure within Speech & Language Therapy, I think it might be more appropriate to think about this in terms of treating a problem rather than correcting a deficiency.
