To answer Gary D's point: KudoZ answers should be helpful both to the Asker AND to those of us who consult the KOG to help in our work. 100 answers would not be helpful, it would be a pain in the arse. Likewise, answers based upon guesses, because of inadequate information from the Asker. Better to hold fire until some sensible context is given.
(or gain points),BD? we are offering answers as this is what we should do. I have been chastised here for suggesting an answer in this section. And Mark has to make a decision, it doesn't matter if there are 100 answers. But agreed, information is a bit light on.
As you can see from the wild guesses people have made in their desperate attempts to help you (or gain points), if you don't give adequate information with your question, you cannot expect reliable answers.
And the same applies here - on a railway station, "RA" stands for "right away", in other words, the train is signalled to depart. But I don't quite think that applies here, does it? SOOOO...PLEASE give us some context...

Explanation: We need much more context; however, depending on the context, it could be a Residential Assistance Manager (for example, on a dorm floor in a university of college in which students live)
