English term or phrase: producing both organic beef and lamb
Breeding of Aberdeen Angus cattle producing both organic beef and lamb with overseas experience in cattle genetics in Europe, USA and Australasia.

I'm not sure what this refers to: meat or something else. I don't have any other context

English translation:meat
Explanation:
If it's beef, then it has to be meat. Organic beef would be reared without pesticides or other artificial aids.

Or have I misunderstood the question?

Aberdeen Angus is a type of cattle commonly breed in Scotland. Check out \"The story of the rise and progress of the Aberdeen-Angus breed has no parallel in the annals of cattle breeding. Evolved during the early part of the 19th century from the hardy, black, polled (hornless) cattle which populated North-east Scotland, the Aberdeen-Angus breed had within the short space of 50 years spread to all the major beef producing countries of the world and had achieved the ultimate accolade of winning the beef cattle championship of the world at the Paris Exhibition of 1878.

Today, the breed is to be found all over the world and Aberdeen-Angus is the dominant breed of beef animal in countries such as the USA and Argentina. This dominance has been achieved as a result of the utilitarian characteristics identified by these early pioneers - easy management, economy of production and superior beef qualities.\" http://www.aberdeen-angus.com/

Organic farming

Explanation:
On X farm we breed Aberdeen Angus (cattle), we produce both organic beef and lamb and we have extensive knowledge in genetic improvement in cattle/livestock breeding from our overseas contacts/liaison in Europe, USA and Australasia.

I would guess that the sentence means something like this!
Along the lines of the activities of an organic farm/farmer - breeding and production (organically)
