English term or phrase: depot component
Hi,

This appears at the beginning of an employee survey.

Standard component: No depot component is assigned to this reference question yet.

This question was previously asked in Spanish and Russian. I have a problem finding a correct Polish equivalent for this term.

Does anyone know the meaning of 'depot component' in this context? Has it got anything to do with storing survey data etc.???

Thank you.

English translation:depot component
Explanation:
I think the following manual for web-based software for use with online questionnaires may well reveal the origin of your term. The "depot" seems to refer to a store for frequently used questions.

Using depot questions saves you from having to repeatedly enter identical questions in the same project.

6.5 Depot Questions
Depot questions significantly facilitate the creation of questionnaires. They can be used for frequently recurring questions in your questionnaire. In a way, they are templates at your disposal throughout the entire project in the form of an additional question type – the so-called reference question. One great advantage is that changes to the depot question directly affect all other reference questions based thereon.

If you delete a depot component that is already used in the project, please take care to reapply all reference questions that use this component.

Explanation:
In Serbian, the translation into Serbian may sound like this:
Nijedna deponovana komponenta još uvek nije dodeljena ovom referentnom pitanju.

Maybe you'll find it useful for Polish.
