Can the term "preparation" possibly refer to medicines that are administered as they come (=prepared already) - or only to those that need to be prepared in accordance with a formula (=requiring preparation by the user or a pharmacist, e.g. in a way that involves mixing ingredients)?
In other words, is it synonymous with "drug" or not exactly? |
